Refund policy
Return Eligibility:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns. However, we offer a seamless size exchange policy (see below). In case your size is customized such as XXS ,Xs,3xl and 4XL no size exchanges is permissible.
Refunds:
Refunds are only provided in the form of a credit note if a size exchange is not available. This credit note is valid for 3 months from the date of issue. Credit Note will be processed in 7 days.
Non-Returnable Items:
Items on sale , international orders and customized sizes are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Size Exchange Policy
We offer a seamless size exchange process to ensure you get the perfect fit:
Request Period:
Please raise a size exchange request within 48 hours of the delivery date by emailing us at info@pripalwardrobe.com with your order number or contact us 9784548125 and required size.
Eligibility:
To be eligible for a size exchange, the outfit must be in unworn, unwashed, and intact condition with all original tags attached.
Exchange Fee:
A fee of ₹250/- per outfit will be charged for size exchanges. This fee covers the reverse pickup and re-dispatching of your order. In case, if your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you will be requested to send the item to our jaipur warehouse. We will then arrange reshipping to your address.
Non-Eligible Items:
Items on sale and international orders are not eligible for size exchanges.
Unavailable Sizes:
If the desired size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued, valid for 3 months from the date of return.
RTO & Reshipping Policy:
If an incorrect phone number is provided in the order details and the order is returned to us (RTO), a fee of ₹199/- will be applicable. Once the payment is made, we will be happy to resend your order.
During sale offer: credit notes are not applicable as per our sale policy.
